Weathered Waxing is unable to guarantee or predict prices for shipping, taxes, duties or other variable costs.

Customer agrees to forward tracking information and list of items being sent via email to Weathered Waxing within 48 hours of acquiring shipping label; failure to do so will void Weathered Waxing of any responsibility of theft or loss of items. Weathered Waxing is not responsible for items damaged or lost by mail carriers or other parties.

Upon confirmation of delivery by mail carrier, Weathered Waxing is only responsible for items designated on item list whose services have been paid for.

Customer may request early return of their items at any time. Refund amount will be prorated based upon work already completed.

Customer agrees that items may be featured on social media, website, or other medium.

Any reimbursement for damages will only be negotiated upon item's original MSRP.

Customer acknowledges that cleaning, waxing, and curing will typically change shade/color, smell, finish, feel, and other aspects, of an item, both outside and possibly inside. These natural changes to items will not be grounds for refund or discount.

Customer may waive cleaning of items in writing and acknowledges that the degree to which effective waterproofing can be achieved may be reduced.

Weathered Waxing reserves the right to refuse service for any reason, including but not limited to risk of damage to item or negative effect on item's historical significance, value, or provenance.
