Ordering Process
Weathered Waxing takes the stress out of waxing canvas, but first you need to send it our way. Here's how:
1) Carefully read our Policies below prior to placing your order.
2) After placing your order, prepare to ship your items. We recommend that any needed repairs or alterations be completed prior to sending your items to us. Please remove all personal items.
3) Securely pack your items and select your mail carrier of choice*. Please send package to:

4) After mailing, please forward tracking information and packing list to cameron@weatheredwaxing.com within 48 hours of acquiring shipping label so we can track and confirm receipt of package.
5) After completion of service, we'll provide you with a Final Total Invoice for payment and ship your items back to you. Tracking number will be provided to you via email within 48 hours.
Policies
Initial order placed is a nonrefundable deposit which will be credited to the final total, it is not the final price for services provided. Items sent to Weathered Waxing without requisite paid deposit will not be serviced.
Because they can vary greatly, Weathered Waxing is unable to guarantee a price for shipping, taxes, duties or other variable costs.
Customer agrees to forward tracking information and packing list via email to Weathered Waxing within 48 hours of acquiring shipping label; failure to do so will void Weathered Waxing of any responsibility for theft or loss of items. Weathered Waxing is not responsible for items damaged or lost by mail carriers or other parties.
Upon confirmation of delivery by mail carrier, Weathered Waxing is only responsible for items designated on packing list that have a fully-paid deposit.
Customer acknowledges that completion times are estimates but that they may request return of their items at any time. Payment will be required for any work already performed prior to items being returned to customer.
Customer agrees that items may be featured on social media, website, or other medium.
Full payment of Final Total Invoice is due within 60 days. Failure to pay within this time frame will result in Weathered Waxing taking ownership of items. Please do not make us do this.
Any reimbursement for damages will only be negotiated upon item's original MSRP.
Customer acknowledges that cleaning, waxing, and curing can change shade/color, smell, finish, feel, and other aspects, of canvas. These changes to a customer's items will not be grounds for refund or discount.
Weathered Waxing reserves the right to refuse service for any reason, including risk of damage to item or negative effect on item's historical significance or provenance.
